Dr. Willie Trotter - Chief Apostle
Apostle Willie Trotter has served the Lord for more than 40 years. He recognized the call of God on His life to pastor at the young age of 8. He served his man of God for 26 years before being separated to the ministry. He and His wife, Apostle Michelle Trotter, co-pastor House of Jubilee Ministries, which was established in July of 2000. The ministry began in their home with 14 members and has grown to saving and equipping now hundreds of members.

Apostle Trotter was confirmed to the office of Apostle in July of 2009. He specializes in developing church leadership through training, mentoring, and conferences. He endeavors to perform his assignment through preaching and teaching a “Kingdom” message that literally has revolutionized his own life and ministry.
Apostle Trotter has been the keynote speaker at various events throughout the city of Cleveland, Ohio and the surrounding region. He has also taken several trips to Monrovia, Liberia, West Africa, where he trains and ministers to the Pastors and leaders of that region. He has traveled to Haiti for ministry, as well. His apostolic message is unique in that it pulls down strongholds erected in the minds of God’s leaders and rebuilds new paradigms that help to develop a “Kingdom Culture”.
Apostle Trotter founded the Kingdom Covenant Ministerial Fellowship (KCMF) in January of 2009. This fellowship is extended to all pastors and ministers of the Gospel of Christ. It has been established to provide apostolic covering, fellowship, mentoring, inspiration, information, safe counsel, and strength to its partners. This organization is designed to promote oneness, unity of the faith and accountability. KCMF crosses denominational lines and provides training for ministerial development in excellence, integrity, and faith. His life’s mission is to teach the truth, renew minds, and ultimately change lives.
Apostle Willie has been married to his wife, Apostle Michelle, for over 40 years and they have 2 daughters and 1 son, 2 son-in-laws, a daughter-in-law, and seven wonderful grandchildren.

Dr. Michelle Trotter - Apostle
Apostle Michelle Trotter is co-pastor of House of Jubilee Ministries (HOJ), located in Euclid, Ohio, where she pastors along with her husband Apostle Willie Trotter. Today, they have a growing membership of over 200 people.
Apostle Michelle has walked with the Lord for over 40 years. She has spoken at numerous Women’s Conferences and other special meetings in addition to ministering regularly at HOJ Ministries.

Believing that the mission of HOJ is to be a ministry of restoration and reconciliation, Pastor Michelle’s teachings are geared toward renewing the mind through the word of God. She believes that “if you can change your mind, you can change your life”. She is best known for her teachings on the Kingdom of God and how it pertains to our lives as Believers today. ‘She published her first book, ’50 Days to Your Mental Jubilee’ in 2019.
She is the founder of GRACE Women’s Ministry, which is the Women’s ministry of House of Jubilee that focuses on helping women to become restored in their soul (mind, will, and emotions) and helps to prepare them for the work that the Lord has called them to.
In 2009 she founded Kingdom Queens Mentoring Association (KQMA). The mentoring association is a two-year program that is geared toward helping women of God, of all ages, take the next step into discovering their Kingdom Assignments. In this mentoring program, each lesson is geared towards renewing the mind and attacking toxic mindsets that have kept the ladies in bondage. These trainings are conducted through various avenues including classroom study, lectures, video presentations and conferences.
Apostle Michelle also offers a course called ‘The Mind Clinic’. This is a 6-session comprehensive course that focuses on the dynamics of the mind and how it can be renewed by applying the principles taught in the Word of God.

Prophetess Lisa Turner
Prophetess Lisa Turner has walked with the Lord for over 40 years. She is one of the Co-Founders of House of Jubilee Ministries located in Euclid, Ohio, where she serves alongside Apostle Willie and Apostle Michelle Trotter. She was ordained to the office of Prophet in 2016 and she carries a heavy anointing for Intercessory Prayer and Spiritual Warfare.

Prophetess Lisa has spoken at many Women’s Conferences and other special events. She also served as a missionary to the country of Guyana in South America. Prophetess Lisa leads the Intercessory Prayer Team at House of Jubilee Ministries. Under this Apostolic Mantel, many times she and her team are called upon by other ministries or sent out to help other intercessory prayer teams and ministries.
